Spring Break 2025
Please see the information below regarding lab schedules over Spring Break 2025.
Eligibility
In order to use Photography Department equipment and/or labs over Spring Break 2025 you must be:
Open Lab Schedule
Saturday 3/15- 10am - 5:30pm (5pm darkrooms)
Sunday 3/16 - Closed for Staff Wellness Day
Monday 3/17 - Thursday, 3/14- 9am - 7:30pm (7pm darkrooms)
Friday 3/21 - Closed for Staff Wellness Day
Saturday 3/22 - 10am - 5:30pm (5pm darkrooms)
Sunday 3/23 - 12pm - 11:30pm (11pm darkrooms)
Monday 3/24 - Labs resume regular hours.
*please note these hours are subject to change*
*Please note that there may be some ongoing improvements to labs during this time so certain facilities may not be accessible at certain times. Always make sure to make a reservation ahead of time, as any changes in hours will be reflected there.*
Graduate students will continue to have 24/7 access to the labs, however support staff will only be present during the hours listed above.
Equipment
All Equipment Reservations will follow the normal semester procedures.
Equipment requests made for pick up on Thursday 3/13 or Friday 3/14 may be granted an extension of the extra weekend with a due date of Monday 3/24.

- Currently enrolled in a PHOT course during the Spring 2025 semester.
- Completed all necessary forms and lab access steps found here.

- Please note that the Equipment and Facilities Use Agreement submitted during the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 semester is valid.
- This means that you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement should any equipment come back damaged or not at all.
- If you are found not to have completed the Equipment and Facilities Use Agreement when you submit a Reservation, you will be asked to complete the form before your equipment is confirmed. You may find that form via this LINK.
- You are agreeing that no equipment is allowed in any CHECKED baggage while traveling, and it is not allowed outside of the United States.
