Please note that ongoing construction projects in the ARC may affect our lab hours. Please always check the VTO for any updates regarding our Lab Hours.

Spring 2024 Equipment Return and Storage Clean-Out

6 p.m., Tuesday, 5/7—The deadline to return all equipment to the Tech Office, including large-format camera kits, is 5/7.

5pm, Friday, 5/10 - All items from storage places must be removed. This includes all lockers, flat files, E8 roll paper cubbies, C3 Non-Silver lab drawers, and storage rooms. Storage room keys must be returned to the Tech Office. Any items left after this date will be discarded. All Storage will be reassigned in Fall 2024.


Spring 2024 End of Semester Open Lab Schedule

Wednesday, 5/8 - Thursday, 5/9 - 9 am - 7:30 pm
Friday, 5/10 - 9 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday, 5/11 and Sunday, 5/12 - Closed
Monday, 5/13 - Friday, 5/17- 9:30 am - 4:30 pm (4 pm darkroom)
Please note that due to construction for the upper level of the ARC, the A-04 Group Darkroom and A-06 Digital Lab will be closed starting 5/8

**Please note that the Non-Silver Lab will be closed beginning Tuesday 5/7 as we prepare the room for construction.

Friday, 5/17, is the last day of lab access for Spring 2024.

All Labs & Tech Office will be Closed for Maintenance starting Monday 5/20.
The Labs & The Tech Office will reopen for Summer Lab Access beginning on Monday 6/3
