An Email was to all students currently enrolled in a Fall 2024 course on 11/11 at 8:30am if you did not receive the email please let us know. **UPDATED 11/15**
Equipment Return
Tuesday, 11/19, 6 P.M. - All Non-Thanksgiving Break Equipment must be returned.
Thanksgiving Equipment Checkout
Reservations/Pick Up/Drop Off
Monday, 11/18, 10:00AM - Graduate Photography students and Undergraduate Photography Seniors & Juniors may begin placing equipment reservations. *No reservations will be accepted before this time.
Tuesday, 11/19, 10:00AM - All other students actively enrolled in a photography course may begin placing equipment reservations.
Wednesday 11/20, 4:00PM - Thanksgiving Break Equipment Reservations close. *No reservations will be accepted after this time.
Thursday, 11/21, 10:00AM - 6:00PM - Thanksgiving Break equipment pick up.
Friday, 11/22, 10:00AM - 4:00PM - Thanksgiving Break equipment pick up. *No pick-ups will be allowed after this time.
Monday, 12/2 - All Thanksgiving Break equipment must be returned. There will no extensions on Thanksgiving Break Reservations. Equipment reservations will not be accepted on this day.
Monday, 12/3 - Regular Equipment Reservation resumes.

Please note that the Equipment and Facilities Use Agreement submitted during the Fall 2024 semester is still valid.
This means that you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement should any equipment come back damaged or not at all.
If you are found not to have completed the Equipment and Facilities Use Agreement when you submit a Thanksgiving Break Reservation, you will first be asked to complete the form before your equipment is confirmed. You may find that form linked HERE.
If your Equipment is returned after Monday, 12/2, at 6 p.m., it will be considered late and will be considered an incident under the Equipment Penalty Policy.
Open Lab Schedule
Tuesday, 11/26: All Undergraduate Digital Labs, Darkroom, Non-Silver Lab, Lighting Studio, and The Photography Tech Office will close at 7 pm.
Wednesday, 11/27 - Sunday, 12/1: All Undergraduate Digital Labs, Darkroom, Non-Silver Lab, Lighting Studio, and The Photography Tech Office will be closed.
Monday, 12/2: Regular Lab hours resume
Graduate students may continue to use D-07 Digital Lab and C-05 Darkroom, but technical staff support will be unavailable from 11/27 to 12/1. If you encounter an issue, please email techoffice@pratt.edu so it can be fixed after Thanksgiving Break.
