*Please note: Due to high Thanksgiving Break equipment demand, we will begin accepting equipment reservation requests on Tuesday, 11/28. Regular equipment pick-up will resume Wednesday, 11/30. Thanks for the understanding!

Tuesday, 11/14, 6 P.M. - All Non-Thanksgiving Break Equipment must be returned.
Thanksgiving Equipment Checkout
Reservations/Pick Up/Drop Off
Monday, 11/13, 10:00AM - Graduate Photography students and Undergraduate Photography Seniors & Juniors may begin placing equipment reservations. *No reservations will be accepted before this time.
Tuesday, 11/14, 10:00AM - All other students actively enrolled in a photography course may begin placing equipment reservations.
Tuesday, 11/16, 6:00PM - Thanksgiving Break Equipment Reservations close. *No reservations will be accepted after this time.
Thursday, 11/16, 10:00AM - 6:00PM - Thanksgiving Break equipment pick up.
Friday, 11/17, 10:00AM - 4:00PM - Thanksgiving Break equipment pick up. *No pick-ups will be allowed after this time.
Monday, 11/27 - Thanksgiving Break equipment must be returned to the Tech Office by 6:00PM. *No extensions will be granted.

Please note, the Equipment and Facilities Use Agreement that was submitted during the Fall 2023 semester is still valid, which means that you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement should any equipment come back damaged or not come back at all.
Open Lab Schedule
Photography Department Labs and Facilities will follow the below schedule for Thanksgiving Break.
Wednesday, 11/22 - Sunday, 11/26 - All labs and facilities closed. Graduate students may use D-07 and C-05, but there will be no technical support.
Monday, 11/27 - Labs resume regular hours.
