Phased Renovation
An entryway into the Digital Lab A-06 has been added to the common area in the Group Darkroom. This will allow new Being I and Being II Students and Faculty to move more seamlessly between the darkroom and digital labs for hybrid learning.
The Photo Tech Office also received a partial renovation to expand secured storage for equipment and improve space use.
Exposed / Unexposed
Our recycling initiative, Exposed / Unexposed, continues, where students can donate and find used art supplies for their projects. Exposed / Unexposed will be located in Room B-07, next to the Tech Office. Students, Faculty, and Staff may leave materials there for others to use.
The Nook
The Photo Dept is happy to announce a new exhibition space in the F Hallway of the ARC LL: The Nook. In collaboration with Facilities, the walls in the Elevator Nook Area of the F Hallway have been repainted Flat White, and this space is now open for short-term installations by students and classes. More Information soon!
